1. Site Status & Disclaimer

GTA6 Daily is an unofficial fan site. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected to Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates.

"Grand Theft Auto," "GTA," "GTA 6," and all related game titles, logos, characters, and brand names are trademarks and/or copyrighted works of their respective owners. They are used here solely for news reporting, commentary, and identification (nominative fair use). Official artwork, character portraits, screenshots, and promotional images published by Rockstar Games that appear on the Site are the copyrighted property of Rockstar Games / Take-Two Interactive and are displayed in reduced form solely to illustrate news coverage and commentary about the game. No ownership of these marks or works is claimed. Rights holders may request removal at any time via the takedown process in Section 6.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use this Site. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or its database;
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or place undue load on the Site (e.g., scraping at scale, denial-of-service attempts, injecting malicious code);
  • Use automated systems to harvest content except for standard search-engine indexing or our public RSS feed used as intended;
  • Reproduce, republish, or redistribute our original articles in bulk without permission;
  • Use the Site to post unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or harmful material where interaction is permitted.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access for any user who violates these Terms.

4. Editorial Content & Accuracy

  • All articles are original works authored by our editors and stored in our database.
  • Every article labels its claims as Confirmed, Likely, Rumor, or Debunked, and cites its sources.
  • Information about unreleased products is inherently speculative. We strive for accuracy but make no warranty that any content is complete, current, or correct. You should verify all claims through official channels before relying on them.
  • Prices, edition contents, release dates, and availability of third-party products (e.g., GTA 6 pre-orders) are set by Rockstar Games and retailers and may change at any time. Always confirm details on the retailer's own page before purchasing.
  • We do not host any game files, downloads, mods, APKs, cracks, or executable content.

5. Intellectual Property

The original text, layout, branding, custom cursor artwork, and other graphics created by us are owned by GTA6 Daily and protected by applicable copyright laws. You may share links to our articles and quote brief excerpts with attribution. You may not copy, reproduce, or republish substantial portions of our content without prior written permission.

Launch Passport cards are generated from your selections using GTA6 Daily's original design. You may download and share your generated card for personal, non-commercial use, provided its attribution and GTA6 Daily branding remain visible.

All third-party trademarks and copyrighted material referenced or displayed on the Site, including official Rockstar Games artwork and screenshots, remain the property of their respective owners and are used only as described in Section 1.

6. Copyright & Takedown (DMCA)

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright or trademark, contact us (Section 13) with: (1) a description of the work; (2) the exact URL(s) where it appears; (3) your contact information; and (4) a statement that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf. We will review and, where appropriate, remove or correct the flagged content promptly.

7. Third-Party Links & Embedded Content

The Site may link to or embed content from third-party services including YouTube, Reddit, Google News, and gaming RSS feeds, and our guides link out to official stores and retailers (e.g., the Rockstar Store, PlayStation Store, Microsoft/Xbox Store, Amazon, and GameStop). These are plain informational links. We have no affiliate relationships and receive no commission from purchases. We do not control and are not responsiblefor the content, pricing, policies, or practices of any third-party service or retailer; any purchase is solely between you and the retailer. Accessing third-party content is at your own risk and subject to those parties' terms.

8. Advertising

The Site may display advertising provided by Google AdSense and/or other third-party networks. Advertisements, including any products or claims within them, are the responsibility of the respective advertisers. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or any transaction you enter into with an advertiser. See our Privacy Policy for details on advertising cookies and opt-out options.

9. Gallery, Launch Passport, Newsletter & Payments

  • The Launch Passport is a free community experience with no prize, monetary value, official status, or guarantee that locally stored progress will remain available.
  • Submitting a Launch Passport or other image to the Gallery is always a separate, explicit action. Preparing an image does not publish it automatically.
  • For every Gallery submission, you confirm that the material is your own work or that you have permission to share it. You grant GTA6 Daily a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, resize, moderate, display, and promote the submitted image as part of the Site and its Gallery. You may request removal using the contact details in Section 13.
  • We may reject or remove submissions that are unlawful, infringing, deceptive, unsafe, irrelevant, abusive, or otherwise unsuitable for the community.

Our free email newsletter is optional and separate from Gallery submission. It uses double opt-in: you join only after confirming through the email we send, and you can unsubscribe at any time. If and when paid subscriptions are offered, pricing, billing, renewal, and cancellation terms will be presented before purchase. Payments will be handled by secure third-party processors; we do not store full payment card details.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GTA6 Daily and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Site or any content on it.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
